The Farm

Sheep are raised in the selection of Apennine and Suffolk and riding horses that are trained and mounted in jumping competitions by the Knight and federal instructor Julius Agneni.
In the farm land, specifically in hazelnut cultivated, there are several "truffle" that produce the precious "tuber" in fact the nose, the look and the collection are made ​​from the Spring and Autumn truffle hunter Quinto who avails himself of his well-trained dogs which shall, for each truffle found and reported, a piece of sausage, truffles, thus collected are then used in the kitchen to prepare mouth-watering dishes.
